The first time I heard Bass was from Sting of the Police and immediately it stirred something within me. Looking back over my life I had chances to take up playing bass but never did until I met Lisa and Bobby. They needed a Bass player and asked if I could play. When I told them I had always wanted to play, Bobby soon showed me the fret world. They said I was a natural, it was already in
there waiting to come out. Bobby is an amazing musician and a patient one too,thank God. My biggest influence has to be Flea of the Chilis, to me he just makes the Bass talk and uses every part of the neck. Playing alongside the rest of the band is a big honour for me and makes something inside me come to life. I’m privileged and thankful to work alongside 3 talented and loving people. There is a very special unity amongst us and I hope we can share this with our fans eventually.
