I got into rock music by watching great guitarists such as Slash.Steve Vai, Ritchie Sambora, Angus Young, Jimi Hendrix and Brian May with their mind blowing solos. But it was mainly Slash from Guns and Roses that inspired me by his style of playing. At the age of 7 I wanted to play the electric guitar but didn’t start playing until I was 17. Soon afterwards I met our vocalist Lisa and very quickly realised that our two styles put together were a deadly combination of musical abilities. I had insight into music itself and Lisa had deep insight into lyrics and song arrangement. It was like a jigsaw puzzle coming together. Lisa and I started sevan and later we met Mark and Matt. Their influences also caused them to play in a certain way that blended in perfectly with the band.
